Savoury Impossible Pie
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup SR flour
- 125g. chopped bacon
- 125g. grated cheese
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 tblspn. parsley
- Seasonings of choice (i.e. garlic, herbs, salt and pepper, maggi
seasoning)
Variations - Corn and crab, asparagus, salmon and tomato, use what's
on hand and add to basic egg, flour and milk base. Mix all together
until blended and pour into greased 20cm (8") pie plate, top with sliced
tomatoes. Bake 180oC (375oF) until set, about 45 mins. to 1 hour.
